Thank you for visiting the ENTSO-E web site and reviewing our privacy policy. ENTSO-E respects the privacy of every individual who visits our websites. This Privacy Policy outlines the information ENTSO-E may collect and how we may use that information.

ENTSO-E will not normally collect any personally-identifiable information about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number or email address (“personal data”)) through our website. We do, however, use cookies on our site. Please review our Cookies Policy for more information.

  2. ENTSO-E Consultation Tool – the Consultation Tool has a specific privacy policy, available here.

We collect some personal data when individuals sign up to the ENTSO-E Newsletter. Information provided to sign up to the ENTSO-E Newsletter includes an individual’s name, contact details and company. This information is used to send a copy of the ENTSO-E Newsletter to any individual who requests it. If an individual no longer wishes to receive a copy of the ENTSO-E Newsletter, they can unsubscribe.

When you do provide us with personal data, we may use that information in the following ways, unless stated otherwise: we may store and process that information to improve our services; we may use that information to contact you, we may use that information to allow you to access parts of our website or use services available on our website. We do not now and do not intend to sell, rent or market personal data about you to third parties.

Upon request sent by email to ENTSO-E, you can access and rectify the personal data relating to you. The President of the Court of First Instance of the place of your residence (in Belgium) or of the place of ENTSO-E’s registration (Brussels), is competent to decide on any dispute relating to the exercise of your right to access and to rectification. If, at any time, you are of the opinion that ENTSO-E does not respect your privacy, please inform ENTSO-E by e-mail​. ENTSO-E shall seek to identify and solve the problem.​
