The 2015 launch of the Energy Infrastructure Forum in Copenhagen will take place 9 and 10 November in the Moltkes Palae. The inaugural event will gather 200 high level representatives of the EU institutions, EU governments, network operators, industry and other stakeholders to launch the Energy Infrastructure Forum as an annual event in Copenhagen.
Commissioner Miguel Arias Cañete will open the event in partnership with the Prime Minister of Denmark Lars Løkke Rasmussen. The two day conference will feature four sessions covering gas, electricity, regional cooperation and financing and will be closed by the EU Vice President for Energy Union Maroš Šefčovič, with the Danish Minister of Energy Lars Christian Lilleholt. A Gala dinner will also be held on the evening of 9 November to discuss energy security.
