The 6 November "Demand Response: Meeting Europe's decarbonization objectives for 2030" symposium, to be held in Brussels, is co-organised by the SEDC and RAP.

Demand Response acts as a reliable and efficient tool, which can support Europe’s transition to a low carbon economy by 2030, at the same time as it creates important new revenue streams for local businesses and households. "Demand Response: Meeting Europe's decarbonization objects for 2030" will bring together policy makers, industrial & commercial consumers, renewable energy providers, aggregators and technology providers from around Europe.

Join Mark Van Stiphout, Konstantin Staschus, Claude Turmes and others to discuss the opportunities and barriers for Demand Response in Europe and the pro-active steps being taken to enable demand side program development within the markets. This will include overarching policy initiatives, the Network Codes and progress within Member States.
