ENTSO-E held a a public stakeholder consultation workshop on the draft Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management Network Code (CACM NC) in Brussels on 7 May 2012. The workshop was held during the web based public consultation period, which was open from 23 March until 23 May 2012.

The workshop was held as part of ENTSO-E’s commitment to actively engage with stakeholders. The workshop provided an opportunity to hear the views of various organizations which will be impacted by the network code and will provide an opportunity to raise questions and clarifications. The minutes of the workshop will be available shortly.
As part the web based public consultation, ENTSO-E issued a draft of the network code accompanied by a supporting document explaining the rationale for decisions.
ENTSO-E received the formal request from the EC in September 2011 to begin drafting the CACM NC. ENTSO-E is required to submit the code to ACER by the end of September 2012.
