The Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (SOGL) - one of the 8 'network codes' - entered into force on 14 September.

The system operation guideline or SOGL​ requires all TSOs to jointly agree, by 6 months after entry into force of SOGL, on key organisational requirements, roles and responsibilities in relation to data exchange. 

All TSOs have launched on 31 October a public consultation on their joint proposal for key organisational requirements, roles and responsibilities in relation to data exchange (the 'KORRR proposal'). 

​The KORRR concerns data exchanges, related to system operations, amonf TSOs, between TSOs and DSOs, and between TSOs/DSOs and large grid users.​

In order to facilitate the understanding of the proposal, a stakeholder workshop is organised on 14 November in Brussels.
