ENTSO-E will present the results of its pan-European
adequacy assessment looking at how Europe will cover its demand in the next five to ten years. The assessment is based on a new methodolgy that guarantees forecast of a higher quality. To mark this change of methodology the assessment formally known as SOAF will now be called the Mid-term Adequacy Forecast, MAF.
