ENTSO-E organised the first Ten-Year Network Development Plan 2016 (TYNDP) public workshop on the 2030 scenarios development on 16 September 2014, from 10:00 to 15:50, at the ENTSO-E premises in Brussels.
The workshop focused on the development of scenario methodology, the identification of scenarios and the methodology designed to build them being one of the key steps in developing the 2016 version of the TYNDP. Together with a common Cost Benefit Analysis methodology, the set of scenarios is a core element to assess all pan-European projects of significance - including the Projects of Common Interest (PCIs) - that are eligible for support by the European Commission.
