Date: 02/12/2014 -

ENTSO-E event on TSO cooperation and security of supply, jointly organised with Elia on 2 December 2014, gathered approximately 50 selected attendees from the European institutions and the media. The event took place in Elia's control room in Brussels, and featured a live demonstration of the ENTSO-E Awareness System (EAS). The demonstration was followed by a public debrief on ENTSO-E Winter Outlook Report 2014/2015, published on 1 December.

Speakers included Elia's CEO Jacques Vandermeiren, ACER's Head of Electricity Department Christophe Gence-Creux, EC Deputy Head of Unit for the IEM Oliver Koch, as well as the Chairman of ENTSO-E's System Operations Committee Carlo Sabelli from Terna. Olivier Lebois from ENTSOG also contributed with a presentation of the impact of the Ukraine crisis on security of supply in the EU.
